 WEEE Policy
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) & Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) Directives.
Business Customers (Non Household)
Producer Responsibilities Misco as a Producer (as defined in the WEEE directive) of EEE products agrees that it will comply with the applicable regulations and perform its obligations under the WEEE directive. Misco will mark all goods with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol. This will help separate WEEE from other waste streams. We will include a producer’s identification mark and show that the product was placed on the market after 13 August 2005; a thick bar underneath the wheeled bin symbol is used to denote this.
